Apparently he's working with Ken Congemi also. This is the same team coaching Danielle Kahle. Mr. Congemi and Mr. Carroll are a team but from the way it is listed on Evan's bio (and based on the fact that Frank Carroll coaches Timothy Goebel) it looks like Ken C is his head coach.

Mr. Carroll usually does the head coaching but he splits people up to be fair to them all. Everyone gets special attention that way.

Huh? I don't know what you mean but actually, Frank Carroll is head coach to very few skaters. (I bet you could count them all on one hand.) For most skaters he works with, he is the secondary coach. Mr. Carroll works very closely with Mr. Congemi (who also has a very small group of skaters for whom he is head coach.) Most of Mr. Congemi's students work with Mr. Carroll and vice versa. At the important competitions, you will see them both putting the skaters they have in common on the ice. Mr. Congemi is a top head coach in his own right.
