That takes me to this page: sports web sites by sportcentric.com. How weird.

Well, maybe try it again. I was just in the ISU website at www.isu.org and it is the correct url. Once in the ISU site, you will want to select the link for Figure Skating, and from there you can navigate to the Grand Prix sections that you want to see.

What does it mean when the box w/their name is gray and there is an (A) by their name?

The 'A' must mean that is their non-scoring event (their 3rd event - alternate probably)
