Seems like Tonya will forever be the butt of sports history jokes. According to ESPN, Tonya is one of the ten most jerkiest people in sports history. You know what they say, if you can't be famous, be infamous.

Tonya has had chances in the past to redeem herself, but unfortunately, she is proven to be her own worst enemy.

A shame really, because if she hadn't been swayed by the arrogance of her first husband, Jeff Gillooly, and stuck with her coach, she would probably be celebrating 11 years as the 1992 Olympic champion.

Anyone fortunate enough to have her free skate from 1991 Skate America on tape, knows her performance that day would still win a world championship.

Such a waste.

actually nick, i think she left diane for dody for only a year or so...and then returned to diane for the remainder of her competitive career...

and yes...she's done some incredible performances...if only her head was half as much together as her skating...(sigh!)

I think there are lots of things that Tonya would catch much easier than a break - a cold for instance!!
