Wow, I can't believe he's only been skating for 5 years. I saw him skate for the first time at the CRC this year and I loved his light-jumping technique. It's pretty amazing that he has almost all of his triples in a very short time and after starting skating late.

Wow! I just finished reading this article... what an incredible story. Sounds like he must have a lot of natural talent. Can't wait to see him skate! :D

I'm so pleased to see some much-deserved publicity for Michael who's one of the nicest guys I've met in skating. I first saw him skate in the North American Challenge Skate in Ottawa, Canada, in the summer of 2001 (he was so excited and proud to be representing the USA there) and have been following his progress with interest ever since. Best wishes to Michael in the 2003-04 season!
Wow! That is really incredible that he has only been skating for five years! Such a TALENT!

I've heard nothing but good things about Mike, both on the ice and off, from some friends who know him. I definitely wish him the best of luck with his skating and I hope to see him in the future. :)

That was a WONDERFUL article!! Thank you so much for the link! I look forward to seeing him in the future and this guy just encouraged me so much because as someone who started skating in October (justs a few months before i turned 14) knowing that he has done that well in five years gives me the confidence that i can to :D
