I don't know where it will be available, but it will be a cable TV station
which may be international. I suggest you try asking your local cable
stations. They will be able to let you know and/or make it available.

Hey, if Canada can pick up the Golf Channel on regular cable, I don't know why they couldn't do the same for the Ice Channel...although I'm afraid I'd probably never leave the house if this channel becomes avaliable in my area! :lol:

I am glad I don't have cable. If I had access to a skating channel I would not do anything but watch TV!

Golf channel I believe is regular cable but I think this one is strictly digital cable (like BBC America in my area).

I am willing to get digital cable if they offer this...mind you, I will be buying videotape everyday to record everything while I'm at work!!

I emailed my digital cable server in British Columbia and they said that there were no plans to include the channel, but if enough people email them...

I e-mailed Shaw cable to see if they were going to offer this. I haven't heard any responce so far.

Anyone know if there vwill be a way you can get it off of reg. cable as well as Digital?

Has anyone tried to get an answer from Comcast? I've sent them
several e-mails and got no response.

I haven't checked Comcast though you KNOW that if they do carry it - I'm so totally going to get it :twisted:

If we do,I sure hope it will be free. But again they never say a number they plan to give a channel.
