Well, I think basically the whole thing was done tongue-in-cheek (or at least I HOPE Mike Bullard is smarter than that), but he came off as completely ignorant about skating in general, and didn't really ask Steven any intelligent questions at all. He wanted to know how many times he'd won the Olympics, and then apologized for embarassing Steven.

Mike Bullard always kind of annoyed me. He often comes off as ignorant instead of funny.

Mike Bullard is a tool. I only watch occassionally when there's a guest star I'm interested in.

Steven deserves a gold medal for putting up with Mike's idiotic comments and questions.
