When she wasn't at Worlds (I assume not, since she was never featured on the Jumbotron during the crowd scans), I thought this might be the reason.

Apparently, she was supposed to skate in that show in Philly mentioned in the article - now she'll "host." Still, that's an awful lot to do right after giving birth. She never stops going, does she? Wow!

I have to admit that I'm disappointed that I won't get to see her skate (although I'll take her hosting!), but now perhaps I will have a new favorite skater to watch in a few years! ;) :D

Uh, let's not get TOO excited...it's quite possible that instead of figure skates, this baby may be "putting on the foil" and "hitting the boards". Ditto for all the others.

Can't you just picture Scott, Kurt and Kristi as hockey parents? LOL! What a scene with them yelling at the officials to "call the penalty"!!!

Well, I'm guessing Kurt and Scott's kids (unless Scott's wife is taller than she looks), at least, might be at a height disadvantage as far as a potential future in hockey is concerned...one of the main reasons why Kurt chose figure skating over hockey as a teenager was because he was quite a bit shorter than most NHL hockey players. ;)

Don't count out the Hamilton genes...remember, his "stature" was compromised by earlier childhood illness and we don't know what his birth family is like.

I understand Kurt's family does have some stature.
