Good heavens -- who is this? Johnny Weir? Rudi Galindo? Was this move used in a program or is the skater just playing around?

Yes, that is Rudy Galindo doing a move from his more subdued program this year that he performed at Brian Boitano's special and on the COI winter tour. The name of it escapes me at the moment. This photo was taken during practice at the Hershey's Kisses Challenge.
