Okay! So which skater's had the best outfits? Remember, this is regardless of how they skated...JUST on how they looked. :P I think my top ten goes like this:

1. MICHELLE KWAN: I love her dresses every year
2. Sasha Cohen: 2003 Worlds long program dress(I think she had two long program dresses, and sadly, I can't remember which one she wore at Worlds...but I LOVED the blue dress she wore at some competitions this season)
3. Alexei Yagudin: 2002 Olympic short program outfit
4. Lu Chen: 1996 Worlds long program dress
5. Sale/Pelletier: 2002 Olympic long program outfits (or, 2000 Worlds long program)
6. Fumie Sugari: 2003 Worlds long program dress
7. Berezhnia/Sikhulizia: 2002 Olympic long program outfits
8. Elvis Stojko: 1998 Olympic long program outfit
9. Bourne/Kraatz: 2002 Olympic free dance outfits
10. Joannie Rochette: 2003 Worlds short program dress

1. Kerrigan 93 Worlds LP - Beauty and the Beast... She looked like a beauty, but skated like a beast.
2. Browning 94 Olympic Short Program - Simple, sleek, and sexy... even when falling to the ice.
3. Kwan 2003 Worlds Short Program - Kwan with sex appeal? *blush*
4. Kerrigan 94 Olympic Short Program - oh so sophisticated... looking.
5. Chen 96 Worlds Long Program - exquisite elegance. loved the ends of the sleeves.
6. Yagudin 1999 Worlds Long Program - Lawrence of Arabia
7. Mishketunok & Dmitriev 94 Olympic Long Program
8. Gordeeva & Grinkov 94 Olympic Long Program
9. Kerrigan 94 Olympic Long Program - a beautiful gold dress for what was a gold medal deserving performance, IMO.
10. Baiul 94 Olympic Long Program - NOT!

The very best for me is:
1. B&S 98 Olympics SP (light blue costume) - simply stunning, showing off their gorgeous bodies the best way :)

Other B&S costumes (IMO they are the best dressed pair out there)
2. B&S 02 Olympics SP&LP
3. B&S 99 Worlds LP - simple but beautiful, again showing their lines the best way
4. B&S 01 Worlds SP - sofisticated red hot dress ;)

Other skaters:
5. Kwan 96&97 Worlds LP (the girl has good taste, I like most of her costumes :))
6. Chen 96 Worlds LP - she looked stunning there
7. G&G 94 Olympics LP - simple elegant beautiful
8. M&D 94 Olympics LP - suited them the best
9. Abt 02 Olympics LP - probably my fav man costume ever
10. A&P 98 Olympics LP - they made a great R&J!

There are probably other costumes that could make my top10 but these are the ones that comes to my mind right now.

Surya Bonaly's dresses designed by Yves Saint-Laurent and Christian Lacroix....She was just shining in all of them. All her costumes are designed by the best French designers: trendy, sofisticated..
Her white one in 94 was just incredibly beautiful...

I agree with many of the choices...Sarah Hughes' sp dress from the OLY was , IMO, so elegant. I loved it. Her lp dress was also lovely. Why did she stop going to Jef Billings?...What he created for her Oly programs was terrific.

Really? I can't say I ever really cared for Bonaly's dresses...They were a little too flashy for me...:??

I don't know that much about others seasons (just men) so this is my list, I'm the one that likes Plushy outfits, so I will pick them all except his Sabre Dance costume from worlds 2000. But the best outfits that I have seen

Baboo 2003 "Time"
Yags 2002 "Winter"
Sasha 2002 "Armenian Selections"

Sasha Cohen 2003 "Malaguena"
Irina 2003 "Victory"

Best FP costume
Plushenko 2001 "Gypsy Dance" (use it for the QR round)
Plushenko 2003 "St Petesrburg 300"
Yags 2002 "MITIM"
Baboo "The Intouchables" and Timmy "American in Paris" they look kind the same
Honda "Riverdance"
Jeanette "L'enfant Pure" (mostly because it fits the program and the story of the "Le Petit Prince")

Sasha Cohen "Romeo and Juliet"
Sasha Cohen "Rach" (the one she wore at Crest comp, the reddish/orange one, it didn't fit the program but it was nice)
