Aaron Parchem has a new partner

FIGURE SKATING: AFter splitting recently with previous partners, Aaron Parchem and Marcy Hinzmann of the Detroit Skating Club announced they are skating together as a new pairs team.

Wow! That's what I thought would happen!

Considering that they were both training in Detroit, I don't think it is so surprising ;)
Anyhow, they are both young and very good skaters respectivly and make another striking pair team just like Stephanie and Aaron did.

What happened to his previous partner? Did she quit skating or get hurt?

Others can probably confirm this, but from what I've heard it sounds like Stephanie Kalesavich won't be competing anymore.

What about Steve Hartsell? Is he planning to keep going?

Glad to hear Marcy and Aaron have teamed up. I think they'll be a good match physically, and it eliminates some of the hassle new teams often face in terms of deciding about relocating, which coach to go with, etc.

I haven't talked to Steve in a while. He just returned from Richmond last weekend.

aww that is too bad because I really liked Stephanie
I wish she would still skate she really has talent
the only thing that stopped her were those jumps :(
