I am wanting to make wallpapers to put on my new Carolina Kostner website . I only have windows 1998. WHich part of windows should I use? word? And if anyone could give me some tips on how you do them ? That would be great.

KR, I'd suggest you go back and edit your title to be more descriptive. Just "help" doesn't tell the person browsing the board enough. Maybe something like "Need Help Making Wallpaper with Windows 98".
