I know where I can get them in the ISU site but how are they determined? Can anyone mine through that horrible site (heck.. someplace else if it's easier) to see how they determine those numbers? help? :oops: :halo:

There was a detailed description quite sometime ago, but perhaps if you select the "contact" option at the ISU site and send them your question, they can direct you to the appropriate information.
