I posted something in the guestbook of my favourite ice dancers website just to say how much I love their FD this year and they sent me an email thanking me for my comments. I was not expecting it but it really made my day.

It was Winkler/Lohse. They actually have a really good website themselves which they answer questions for their fans.

I did that once. Posted a message on I&Z Official Website Guestbook and I recieved an message thanking me for signing. My guess was however that is was an automatic message sent to all who signed the guestbook.

Its not automatic if it says something particularly wise about your comments.

Your right, it wouldn't be "automatic" in that case. And for that I am happy for you. I was just basically stating my opinion, from my personal experience that's all.
