Piche & Denis?

Does anyone know if they are continuing on as amateurs?

If they are sitll training, who are they working with...I think they were with the same coach as Dubreiul & Lauzon who just retired.

I like this team, and hope to see them next year.

I heard that they are staying amateur, and that they are going to be coached by Bruno Yvars. (yes they were coached by Sylvie Fullum who was also Marie-France and Patrice's coach. Funny enough, I believe Bruno was Marie-France's old partner!!)

I'm curious too about Piche and Denis. If they do stay amateur, I feel that they do need to go to another coach. They haven't seemed to have made any great improvements in recent years, although that judgement is based only on tv viewing.

As for Marie France's previous partner, I believe that she once skated with Thomas Morbacher (or something like that.)

D & L have not retired. They are moving to France this year to work with A & P's coach.

Sorry Ruth, I guess I wasn't clear....D & L's coach retired (I think that's why they moved to France). They are continuing on....I can't wait to see what they come up with next year.

Marie skated with Bruno, Thomas and many others before teaming up with Pat. Pat had been Jr. Cdn Champ with Chantal Lefebvre when she left to skate with Michel Brunet.
