Do you love figure skating?
Are you
* Puzzled by judging scandals that just never seem to stop?
* Confused by new systems and secret judging -- when the problem
wasn't the system, but corrupt judging?
* Perplexed about who's in charge, where their priorities lie, and
what they're really doing to help the sport?
* Concerned for dedicated athletes who work hard, only to have their
accomplishments unfairly judged?
* Enthusiastic about having your voice heard -- but afraid it won't
make a difference?
* Above all, do you want the sport you love to be fair, open, and
accountable -- a sport that you won't have to keep making excuses for?

If so, please visit www.skatefair.org <www.skatefair.org> , the new home of
SkateFAIR: Skatefans For Accountability and ISU Reform!

Our site contains:
* Our Mission Statement
* Protest Information - what, where and when for the March 29 protest
* Support Information - supporting SkateFAIR is FREE. We aren't
asking for your money, or even an email address. We just want to be able to
say how many figure skating fans are supporting our goals.
* Downloadable signs that can be printed or transferred to t-shirts,
tote bags, etc...
* Sign Our Petition! Our Mission Statement and signatures will be
presented to the ISU
* Donate to SkateFAIR - all monies collected will go to producing the
materials for the March 29 protest, and items (buttons, flyers, etc...)
distributed during the World Figure Skating Championships.

Coming Soon:

* A (Brief) History of SkateFAIR

SkateFAIR is a purely volunteer organization, founded less than a month ago
in January 2003. All the work that has been done on the site and the
organization of the protest has been done by skating fans with lives, jobs,
kids, etc...who were willing to give up their time and talent to make a
statement about the sport they love. No one is getting paid for their work.
Most of us have never met, and have done our communication and coordination
through email. Again, we urge you to visit our website and sign up as a
supporter; there is strength in numbers. If you don't like the direction
the ISU is taking the sport, make your voice heard!!
