Did anyone else see this, it was on Bravo! channel Monday night. What a lovely program, and it was very interesting to see the young skater that Toller had picked, the (at the time) 12 year old Shawn Sawyer of Edmonston NB. Interesting also, Toller's take on skating, to paraphrase, if you don't skate daily, you die, and how hard it is to continue to skate daily unless you're in a show like SOI, and you need a reason to be able to skate, like to be in a show. OK, he said it a lot better.
I watch Toller skate and although I love all the male skaters since him, there is, was, never will be anything like him on the ice.
