Sasha on Today Show Friday 1/31

According to Heather's schedule, Sasha is supposed to appear on the Today Show on Friday.

This may sound like a stupid question but I was wondering what channel that was. If it is possible can you also give me the time. I am I full throtle Sasha Cohen fan and I would hate to miss it.. Thanks:oops:

Today show is on NBC. It usually is from 7 - 9 or 10 AM.
