Sk8 with Elvis on CBC, Monday the 27th, 8:00

It's only a 1-hour broadcast, so there will be some serious chacking ... I just hope they show both Liz and Josée since we haven't seen them this season (whereas we've had other opportunities to see S&P and B&S).

I didn't realize the CBC timeslot for Elvis' tour was only 60 minutes long until I bought my TV Guide today. Considering the Shania Twain special scheduled to follow has already been shown at least once (and was originally broadcast just a few months ago, no less), I don't know why CBC couldn't have used the extra hour (or at least an extra half-hour) to show more from Elvis' tour instead. :cry:

Oh well, the Holiday Festival On Ice broadcast was only an hour long and CBC did a much better job with that than I originally anticipated, so hopefully they'll do just as well with Elvis' show.

I don't think B&S skated in the show taped for TV (I remember the Atlantic Canadian shows were the only ones featuring both Olympic pairs champions), but there were quite a few clips of S&P's "Rockin' The Boogie" program shown during the previews, so that's at least one program most fans have already seen at least half a dozen times that will likely be included in Monday's broadcast. :roll:
