Rag Sheet Picture of Yagudin?

I was in the supermarket checkout yesterday and glanced at I think The Globe. On the front, there is a headline about Prince William, but I swear the picture is of Alexei Yagudin! Anyone else see this and if so, am I right? If not, they are dead ringers for each other! I took a quick look through it while I was waiting and didn't see an article on Alexei.:??
