I just read Gold on Ice and when it refered to the SCANDAL (of course), it said that the Russian judge would vote for the French ice dance team. In the close split vote between FRA and RUS teams, who did the Russian judge vote for?

The Russian judge voted for Lobacheva & Averbukh in the free dance, not Anissina & Peizerat.
