I just saw Scott Hamilton on an old ep of $100,000 Pyramid game show(ca. 1987). This program is rerun on the Game Show Network (US cable channel). It was a kick to see him being himself in a context unrelated to skating shortly after his Oly win. He was pretty good at giving clues to the contestants.
The host, Dick Clark, asked Hamilton about his show. Scott said it is meant to be something different and theatrical. He melodramatically crossed his fingers, as though hoping for it to be a success. It must have been only a year or two old at that time, maybe even in its first yr. Scott named several people who were in the skating cast including: Roz, Toller, Underhill/Martini, Blumberg/Seibert, Brian Pockar, etc.
He will probably be on the show for a couple of days. It is worth a look.
