I thought this was one of the best shows of this kind I've seen. It was definitely a good decision to have most of the programs done to recorded performances rather than live -- not only easier on Ray (I don't know how old he is, but he's got to be getting up there!), but we didn't have to "lose" too many skating shots when the camera was on Ray. The only ones done live were S&P's first program (Drift Away), Brian B.'s second solo (Oh What a Beautiful Morning), and the closing ensemble number.
And I couldn't tell for certain, but since we saw 2 programs from each performer it looked like nothing was chacked. :)
Hightlights for me: both of Rory's numbers (I just love her, and am still amazed by her split jumps), seeing new stuff from S&P (loved the pairs allusion spin, even if it was still a little rough), Steven's "Georgia On My Mind," Elizabeth and Jared's "Here We Go Again", and Brian and Brian doing "Two Old Cats Like Us." But really all the performances were great.
