Since the Christmas Season is just around the corner, I just thought it would be fun to discuss everyone's FAVORITE CHRISTMAS PROGRAM either skated by their favorite skater(s). Since there is so many specials on TV for "Holidays On Ice" or "Festival On Ice" ........
I have to say that my favorite program Kurt Browning did was when he performed it during Holiday On Ice in Sarnia back in 2000 (I THINK) He came out walking with a bunch of bags filled with presents. What a CUTE and FUN number from Kurt. Had me laughing !!! The program ended with this HUGE BIG TEDDY BEAR on the ice !! I forget the name of the song skated during that number .... but it was definitly a program that had me laughing !

I know the programme you mean - I think it was called "Christmas Is Almost Here". I agree, it was great :)

Scott Hamilton - The Twelve Days of Christmas
I liked Paul Wylie's O' Holy Night. That was a while ago though.

Roz Sumners's "White Christmas" at the Dick Button Pro Championship one year at Landover. There was actually a snow storm in the DC area that night and many of the audience stayed home.

My fav .....
Kurt Browning and his Charlie Brown Christmas which he did in Sarnia last year. I saw the "Christmas is almost here" the year before but I prefer his Charlie Brown.

I loved Soctt Halimton's 12 days of Xmas and I'm not a fan of pro skating or Xmas shows. He did a different element for each day. I believe he did a 2 axel for 2 turtle doves which means he did 11 2-axels in all!

He had to change the 10 and 12 cause it's normally 10 lords of leaping but he changed it to 12 so he'd only have one backflip at the end.
The 7 swans a swimming was pretty funny too.

I just re-watched the tape of Scott's 12 Days - the double axel was done for 5 gold rings. The 7 swans a swimming was great! For those who haven't seen it - Scott drops to his back on the ice and does a backstroke. It would be great if The Ice Channel could get the rights from Disney to put their past Christmas specials on the air again.

I've always liked Denise Beillmann's "What Child is This" from several years ago.

What year and when did Scott perform this "12 Days Of Christmas" I don't think I've ever seen this program before ????

In addition to some of the others already mentioned:
Hough and Ladret's "Santa Baby," from one of the earlier "Holiday Festivals on Ice," around 1996 I think. They were so good at doing playful numbers, and this one was right on the money. Especially Christine's interpretation.
Brian Orser's "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year" from this year's HFOI. He's just so musical ... and I'm still amazed at his back flip 3 toe combo, perfectly in time to the music.
And S&P's Christmas number from "Rita McNeil's Christmas" about 2 or 3 years ago ... can't remember the song, just remember how fabulous it was.

I no it's been said already but it has to be Kurt's 'Christmas Is Almost Here' I laughed my butt off. Also the Charlie Brown number 'Skating' by Kurt. As well as Caryn Kadavy's "O Come All Ye Faithful', she skated it in a competition years ago and it was beautiful. Also Brasseur and Eisler's 'Santa Looked Alot Like Daddy'

Kristi Yamaguchi's "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year" and Brian Boitano's "O Holy Night".

I couldn't agree with you about that number. I was in tears. I personally thought that number was much more comical than his Charlie Brown number the year after.
