Young Skater On UK TV Friday 13th!

If you have access to the digi channel CBBC - Friday at 6pm till 6.25
is a programme called Xchange, and included in it will be a film of
young Stephanie Smith, who became British Pairs Junior Champion with
Jaymes Monte last weekend. She is a very talented youngster, and also
does singles, works very hard and comes from Scotland. So well done
to her, and good luck for the future!

HI MEL - I've only just got one of those Free to Air Digital Boxes, where you can watch a selection of channels without paying a supscription, and CBBC is next to CBeebies, the Children's Channels.

Well, wouldn't you know it? :roll: Having alerted everyone, I went and missed it myself! I couldn't get home till 6.15pm on Friday, and immediately switched on the telly, but they must've already shown the film, as the rest of the show was kid's competitions and stuff. :cry:

I tried watching the highlights the following day of Xchange, but no Stephanie film. :( Mel, some of the cameras you and AnnieD saw at Dumfries may've been these ones following Stephanie from the BBC for this film. I heard from my friend in Scotland that she was also featured on the radio over the weekend of the British, and has received alot of publicity and praise in Scotland, so FANTASTIC!!!!!! Skating in the news at last!
