First of all, David’s middle name is Jacques, after his Dad. And let me tell you, when I described the swarm of interest about it on their website, he giggled with disbelief and for a moment I think, wondered what all the craziness was about. Ironically, they don’t seem to understand they’re big stars.
That was a long standing question on the Jamie and David board! ;)
The next stage is the one they’re excited about today and judging by their performances in Red Deer, even with Olympic gold medals in their hands, we’ve only seen the tiniest tip of their emerging talent. The playfulness and sass of their Olympic short program, brought out again in Red Deer, has continued to grow in technique and character. In the Interpretive Free, we saw a new and sultry side to their personalities spiced with deep edges and original lifts, a performance that earned them several perfect scores.
I must say that I loved Lovin, Touchin, Squeezin...did anyone see the picture in the Globe and Mail today, talk about sultry!! 8O
