No, she wasn't on.
Either she was bumped (can't possibly imagine them bumping the Olympic gold medallist), or she cancelled at the last minute. Possibly it was an error in scheduling as well. I was truly disappointed, because I know I heard her name mentioned in the promos for this week's Today shows, and they didn't even mention her once on the show this morning.
