Improv Ice?

After watching Ice Wars, it brought back memories of some other pro performances and some not so pros, and I kept on going back to improv ice and what fun that was. I always got a kick out of seeing what the skaters came up with in such a short time. I mean, who can forget Todd's "Who Let the Dogs Out" performance? ;)

Does anyone know why they decided not to do this anymore? Any plans to resurrect it?

I think the reason why there was no Improv-Ice last year was because a lot of the skaters were busy training for the Olympics. I don't know why there's no Improv-Ice this year (maybe because so many skaters are injured this season??), but if there was going to be one, I think we would have heard about it by now. :(
