that you can subscribe to, called "Above the Crowd." It's been going since the summer but I just heard about it yesterday.
Anyone can subscribe, (within or outside of Canada), but you do have to give them some personal info to do so.
Go here: http://www.skatecanada.ca/english/about/index_new.html
and select "Get the latest updates" under "Fast News" on the right.
