Sasha's Lutz

I was just re-watching the Skate Canada long on the weekend and I noticed her right arm on the lutz. She is arcing it above her head to bring it back instead of around. This method is taught to skaters, usually considerably less experienced than she, to avoid pre-rotation ,etc.

Did she always do this or did Tarasova change this ? Just something I noticed...I guess we are all watching her a bit more closely.
