B&K will be in Newmarket, along with Kurt,Brian,Josée, Jacinthe & Lenny for Celebration on Ice, a christmas show. An afternoon show after the 8H.00 pm was sold out. Lucky people, I went last year and it was fantastic with Elvis, Brian, Josée and Kurt. Who will be the surprised guest this year ?:D

Thanks for the heads-up! I didn't know Kurt was doing this event, or that this event was taking place. You just inspired me to do a bunch of research =).

A friend (thanks Donna) found this website: http://www.newmarket-online.com/
with a few details on the show.

You can buy tickets through the Newmarket Theatre Box Office at 905-953-5122. Tickets are $50 for ice-level, $35 for main seating, and $25 for behind the nets and bleacher seating.

11/12: I just called the box office, she says that the main seating is sold out for the evening show, but there is still general admission bleacher seating (8 rows up) remaining. The afternoon show still has all the options available. She also listed Jeff Buttle and Jennifer Robinson as skating in the show. According to the website, it takes place at the Ray Twinney Recreation Complex.

Definitely on December 20th; Evening show is sold out; Brian Orser, Joannie Rochette, Jeff Buttle are also on the programme. Show is produced by WoW Events, a production company set up by Jean-Michel Bombardier. Tickets are only available through the Newmarket theatre box office or by phone 905-953-5122.

I just went yesterday to pick up my ticket at the theatre box office in Newmarket, and the cast list that was posted there said that Shae and Vic had would not be there due to injury.

Shae and Vic will definately be at the Celebration on Ice show.
The advertising for the show as been amazing. Coverage all over York Region. I have seen so many ads in Markham where I live. and also Richmond Hill and the Newmarket area I hear from my friends. It promises to be a very good show. I love that cute Jeffrey Buttle...

I was just wondering if anyone knows whether the show is composed of group programs or individual programs? If B&K are really going to be there, does anyone know if they're going to be doing their new programs?

I saw an article on Josee in a Good life mag. She say it would be an actual production. Group numbers and the skaters will also skate to thier own music. Judging by last year show, it will be an excellent show, very intimate. Can't wait to see that cute JEFF....

is anyone SURE that B&K are going to be at this show?

Frank: how do you know for sure that B&K will be there?

...sorry, I'm just a little confused because I'm hearing so many different things about whether or not they'll be there.

There was an article in the globe and mail, saying that they were making their season debut in Newmarket and they will be executing there Original dance.. You can find the article online at the Globe website. Make a Search on Terasova. You will see it.

Just saw an article in the Era Banner in York Region, saying that if you bring a bag of non perishable food. You will entre a contest for a chance to win a meet and greet with the skaters after the performance.
Sounds very interesting. Who is going ? and who is thinking of bringing food for the Newmarket Food Pantry. What a great thing to do. I will bring my bag............

I am going to the 4:00 show. This is the first I have heard about bringing the bag of non-perishable food items, but I will probably do that if I remember. It also now looks like I might be able to get the whole day off work, which is a bonus since I was concerned about getting from Oakville to Newmarket in 2.5 hours on the Friday afternoon before Christmas.

Bourne & Kraatz will not be there. They have cancelled anything before Canadian Nationals. They were quite shocked to see that they were still on the cast list, because they aren't skating in Newmarket.

frank, Sweetie has been wrong about other things B&K before (denying Shae and Nikolai's romantic involvement, claiming that Shae isn't injured, stuff like that) so it has to be taken with a grain of salt.

Didn't Shae-Lynn tell Beverly Smith that they were debuting their programs in Newmarket?

Looking forward to hearing about the show.

My ticket is an on-ice seat, but doesn't give an actual seat number. It just says "FLR."

Excuse me, when is it right to personally bash? Oh wait, there's never a time...

As from what I have been told personally by Shae-Lynn herself, they didn't realize that they were still on the cast list, and that they thought they had withdrawn from everything.

And as for past things, at the time I posted them, my information has been correct. What has happened prior I have no control of. I am not a shit-disturber, thank you very much.

I know what I know, and it's up to whomever whether they believe me or not.

Just as a teeny point of order, Shae and Nicky have been involved for about 2 years.
