This is quite an accomplishment that the USFSA should actually post news on Yagudin on their website!

Thanks for that link. :)
Things look quite positive for him.

He won't be the first to (maybe) face surgery - and return to eligible comps. :D
You can't help feeling though, when the body comes under the surgeon's knife, that it is never quite the same again. :??

It is nice to know that his problem can be treated.
Hope he gives his body a well-deserved rest :)

Cool that USFSA has Yagudin news. Of course we know that he is a
Russian / American, don't we? :P

It doesn't surprise me. This injury has given him more air time than his actual skating.

It's been all over the papers in Canada. I found it funny that after the men's short at Skate Canada where Sandhu was first, the headline the next day wasn't that Sandhu was first, it was that Alexei was injured. Sandhu was mentioned a few paragraphs down.

Chrisa - Alexei is the reigning Olympic GOLD Medallist... so of course he is going to get a lot of attention. IMO Alexei has earned the attention.
