Selena Roberts has an entertainingly acerbic column in yesterday's NY Times sports section about Skate America and judging. She cuts and slashes at pretty much everyone (with the exception of Yagudin).

Anyway, you know me. I don't do those link things. But now that I've given out the word, I'm sure someone will (see how good I'm getting about those nasty copyright issues!).

Has Selena Roberts been banished to covering skating? The Times had her covering the Knicks previously...considering how big a circus that team is, she should never take her eyes off them for a second.

Selena Roberts has covered skating for two or three years now. I don't know if she is the only reporter on the NYTimes that covers skating but she has been the main reporter for a while.
