Say, if anyone should know of a dirrect link to the competitive records of former Ice-Dancers of the 80,s and back could you please post it? I am still looking for the competitive record for 1980's Ice-Dance Double-Gold Medalist Donna Mitchell. I need the info. for my book. Can someone please help? Thanks.

I would just ask her. Remember, double gold-medalist doesn't have anything to do with her competitive record, and unless she had a partner and made it probably to Nationals, you're not going to find anything online. I know Donna vaguely- I used to compete against her students sometimes when I skated singles- and I know her brother made it to Nationals and Worlds but I don't know if she did. There are literally hundreds of girls in this country, maybe more, who have their gold dance tests and work very hard, but you can't compete in qualifyings if you don't have a partner- and believe me, there are WAY more girls without partners than there are with partners. You just usually don't hear about the ones without partners unless you're pretty involved in the skating world yourself.
