I'm beyond ecstatic that Shae-Lynn & Victor are staying. Shae said she needed to do some soul searching, and she realized she can't not skate like this. They want gold. Shae said that she was doing this especially for Victor, because he means so much and has done so much for her. Gotta love her for that :)[/color:b9a1a69d07]

I imagine Skate Canada must have tried very hard to convince B&K to stay eligible next season, too--with Elvis and S&P gone, B&K may be Canada's only hope for a medal at 2003 Worlds.

I only hope B&K will get the chance to stand on top of the podium at Worlds at least once before they do turn pro--best of luck to them!

Myself it's been since 1992 :D What a ride!! :P
Can't wait to see their new season programs.
That's one thing about them that they have going for them.
Their programs are always different not the same old same old.

A reformed lurker/sometime poster from fsw.
Thrilled to have them in again, & at Skate Canada & Nationals. Surely the purity of their skating & their superior versatility has to be recognized & rewarded this time. I just hope that when they skate as the Gold Medalists at Worlds in Washington that they don't use "Mack the Knife" yet again.

Dawn, I'm certain that we will never see Mack the Knife again. They'll most likely be doing Sadeness as their exhibition next season.
