Ok, I just missed it (it was on this evening at 8 pm).....I was studying .

I think it will be on again (part 2, finals voting I guess) sunday, on ABC. (don't quote me double-check your listings).

Don't worry you are not the only one who missed it. I just caught the last 15mins to see Joannie Rochette skate. I hope they do an encore of the first episode Sunday but sadly I dont think that is happening..

Yeah, I tuned in just in time to see them skate their lap around the rink. I googled it online and saw how they set the whole rink up in a ballroom, which was really cool.

I'm going to set my dvr for sunday for this and worlds. hoping I'll get to watch something sometime....

Cool show. I think Michael Weiss's back flip won the event, although his program in general was pretty good. I see a bit of irony in the fact that the only 100% pair team Berezhnaya/Pelletier placed so low. Button was right on the money with his comment about the Arakawa/Lambiel number; just hip hop put on ice with no interaction between the two of them.

Say,did anyone else see the Show "Thin Ice" tonight? I saw it with some friends...and it was good. I must say though, that when the voting came up,this thought came to me. Does anyone know WHY (if it's televised), they just have the studio audience vote with their headsets, while the viewing audience has to just sit on their buts? They can do what they want. But it just seems to me... that would be really silly. I surely hope if it's going to be a regular show (and I hoe it will be), that they have something in the works to alow home voting in the future. As it WOULD be more accurate. BTW. when they anounced the votes they said "the votes according to the studio and viewing audiences". Or something along that line. Why would they say that if viewers DIDN'T vote? I could tell though that a LOT of FREESTYLE Skaters ARE natual Pairs or Ice-Dancers!! I sure give them credit.

FSWer you missed the first part of the Thin Ice show Friday night at 8pm. All the couples skated one number and the judges voted then everyone including regular viewers had the chance to vote. Only the studio audience could vote after the second numbers due to time constraints as it was a live show..

I get the impression the standings didn't really change much between part 1 and 2.

Actually...I watched RIGHT from 7:00,and saw NO request to have TV. veiwers vote. The only time TV. veiwers was mentioned was at the end at the only time the mentioned voting. They never said anything about picking up your phone or to do anything else from home to vote. A friend saw it with me and saw nothing either. You had to be there. Then it dawned on me....of course if it's at Foxwoods you wouldn't expect a fare chance to vote from home.
