This is posted in the TV alerts section as well, but as they was some confusion as to what show, I am mentioning it here as well. Jamie & David are reportedly appearing on Connie Chung live tomorrow night - Tuesday the 15th.

I've noticed that I can change mistakes in messages, but not the titles. I'd appreciate it if you could delete the message entitled Sale & Pelletier on Larry King as that is incorrect. I changed the body of the message, but wasn't able to change the title. Thanks and sorry for the confusion. I tried to delete it myself, but wasn't able to.

CNN is the station. I don't know when that taped interview will be on the show though. I've kind of given up on that one. If I hear any more I will let you know.

I haven't been in this section for awhile, so I didn't see the latest updates until now. I also usually have Connie on the entire hour, but I was watching a movie instead. I went over around 5:40pmPT and caught the last few minutes of their interview.
The show usually repeats at 11pmET/8pmPT and 4amET/1amPT. Problem is, they usually only show the first half hour at 8. I'm not sure abour 1am, whether it's the entire hour or just the first half hour. Also, being a holiday weekend might change how and if its repeated.
Also, there should be a transcript available on the CNN site in the next few days.

Here's a transcript of the interview from the official S&P forum:

BTW, those of you who missed the interview didn't miss much--the first half was basically a rehash of the whole SLC scandal with clips and comments from both pairs at the Olympics. The second half showed a few clips from both pairs skating at Kristi's Salute To Gold show and an interview which lasted five minutes. Jamie answered about 75% of Connie's questions. ;)
I'd also like to know why every reporter interviewing S&P just has to ask when they'll get married and start a family--I loved Jamie's response to this question, though! :D

I agree, the interview definitely wasn't great and if you missed it don't feel bad. The best part was definitely seeing the short clips of skating...Connie's questions were horrible.

But Jamie's responses had a few gems!
I think Anton tried to tell Connie "Mind your own business" or something like that... in different words of course, hehe, it was funny.

Actually, I think the CNN transcript got Anton's line wrong. I though he said when asked by Connnie if he has a significant other back home,
"Why do you think it is supposed to be back home, not here?".

Did they air this segment in the half-hour rebroadcasts or was it just on during the original hour show?

I saw part of it the 1st time and caught it fully on a rebroadcast.

yes, I thought Anton's response was priceless, lol. I think he even managed to startle CC...she was all, "well, excuuuuuse me!" LOL...thank you Anton for throwing her  question right back at her! Yes, Jamie's answers were hilarious too. I could imagien the four of them just rolling their eyes at that 'interview.'
I know CC has lost all journalistic integrity, but I *still* can't believe she said that they're too gracious to say that tehy hate each other even if they really did! :!:
Cheers, Orable
