Freestyle = It's hard to say. But I'd say skating on Edges,and Spirals.

Pairs = Lasso Lift, Twrow-Triple-Twist,Death Spiral

Ice-Dance = I don't know the elemements to say.

Synchro. = Lifts, Blocks, Intersections.

A spiral sequence means the skater does more than one kind of spiral one after the other. They might do a forward spiral, then change to a backward spiral, for instance. They could also change edges or change positions, maybe from a "regular" spiral to a catch foot or something like that.
