Our staff had a training session last year that included watching key elements from the USFSA's Basic Skills DVD.

I think it's available for purchase by anyone, according to the Basic Skills webpage. If you are a coach or instructor, ask your skating school director if they have a copy that you can borrow. Every Basic Skills program was supposed to receive a copy.

There are some sample videos online:

Two Foot Turns (http://www.usfigureskating.org/content/TwoFootTurns.html)
Forward Crossovers (http://www.usfigureskating.org/content/ForwardCrossovers.html)
Backward Outside Three Turn (http://www.usfigureskating.org/content/BackwardOutsideThreeTurn.html)
Two Foot Spin (http://www.usfigureskating.org/content/TwoFootSpin.html)
Salchow (http://www.usfigureskating.org/content/Salchow.html)
Our skating school included the videos as part of our instructor workshop last year. Aside from a disappearing/reappearing blade graphics issue, they were clear and concise in explaining the test standard for passing and giving some tips and techniques.
