My decision re: skating club choice

I posted a post awhile back asking what would make you change clubs. We've decided to give dd's home club another shot this season. If we still feel like "outsiders" we will change over next year to the other club. This season, dd will be a second club member at the other club. This way, she can get to know more of the girls and we can get a good feel for that club too. The club ice sessions are on different days then dd's current club's club and are at times better for us too. Both dd and myself feel good about this decision. Hopefully we don't regret our choice. :)

Your decision sounds well thought out. We also bought an associate membership in another club before chucking our present club. It's a good way to make the transition if you decide to leave.

Yup! That's what I think too. There is another mom who is thinking of doing the same with her daughter too. I think it will make the transition a lot easier.

Oh and I am planning on trying to keep a positive attitude about this season. :)
