What do you think of Partnerships that split

Ok people. What I'd like to ask of you today is what you think about Partnerships that split or Retired. We all know it's their choice. Be what do YOU yourself think? I think for a lot of them,it was a big mistake. As their skating was so good. They could have waited to Retire for their future goals. Or if they split. I'm sure there are a lot of Partnerships that could have at least been saved. If not getting along was a factor. Or even if just 1 skater needed to have something worked out,they could have done so. There are a lot of Partnerships I do mis. That could have stayed. What do you all think?

maybe difference of personalities or lack of optimal communications , i think that must exist god communications each other for be successful and get along well .
