In the discussion about the Governing Council (a thread almost as long as Patsy's Parlor) I made a comment about ISI programs can have imagination and musicality and a sense of humor was useful too. I'm posting here some videos that bear that out:
may be an ISI (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KbNrlrv4i3U)program
Dancing Sumo Wrestlers (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r7pMCM0vxVk)
Tonya and Nancy (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nfPmWioJtMM)
Takes advantage of a stately pace with muscality and expression (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5zHDz3T_Lqo&feature=related)

I think the last one of a FS4 program with a woman in her 40s(?) is my favorite. She doesn't have much power, and some of her elements show a little bobble (I have a lot of bobbly myself), but she really hits the movement in sych with the music and uses her body in an expressive manner. So unlike many kids I see, who have tons of technical skill, but seem to have no idea about how to move in time with the music, or how do some of the more dance-like aspects of skating. I think that's something adults have over kids--our experience and ability to project emotions.

Those videos are fun to watch, thanks. I agree about the last one. Plus she engaged the spectators, which makes the event more fun for everyone.

Since it's been posted everywhere else: Robin Hood (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7K40HzP3glA)

It's a real senior men's long program and it's full of homages and tributes to great skaters :P

Wow he's amazing! Thanks for posting, his program was very entertaining and creative. It makes me think of Samuel Contesti's LP at the 2009 Worlds ;).
