What was going on with AP coach? He use to look so handsome. What was going on with those huge bags under his eyes? He looked like someone socked him in the eye. I find it hard to believe he has aged so much.:?:

Maybe he didn't get any sleep the night before? Being in Daytona and all... ;)
I thought Frank Carroll looked the most worn out and TT looked better than I've ever seen her. Sasha must be doing her some good.

I don't think I've ever seen TT without a furcoat. It must have been warm in the rink.

Tom Zakrajsek probably has one of the busiest, most hectic travel schedules of the elite coaches... I would imagine he probably flew in to be with McDonough in Daytona Beach in between coaching his many skaters (Ryan Bradley, etc.) at Southwestern Regionals this past weekend. Plus he has several skaters on the JGP (Evan Gibbs-China and Bradley-Vienna Cup the same week next week, Vise/Kole-Italy the following week, McDonough at Skate America...). So it's no wonder he's looking tired!

Sylvia, That's an interesting point about his schedule. It sounds like if you are one of his skaters right now, you may have your coach with you at you fall competition, but you may not get many lessons at all during a critical period because he's travelling with other skaters. So what does AP or Ryan Bradley or Vise/Kole do for coaching while he's gone? It sounds like they must actually work quite a bit with other coaches as well.

Vise/Kole also work with Dililah Sappenfield (who also coaches Tiffany Vise/Larry Ibarra). I assume Sappenfield will travel with Vise/Ibarra to the China JGP next week, while Zakrajsek will accompany Bradley to Vienna Cup, then meet up with McDonough at Skate America the following week, and maybe head off with Vise/Kole to Milan immediately after that? Whew!
