Mirai Nagasue

I haven't heard about her in a while, actually since she got on the ice crying not wanting to skate her program. What is going on with her?

Mirai is still skating. She had an injured right ankle/leg, so she wasn't training 100% for a while, but last time I saw her she was working on her jumps again. I'd bet that she's doing what all of the other skaters are doing right now--training hard for the Olympic season.

I know, I hope next nationals she doesn't go out crying though I thought that that was not right!

You cannot really blame her for crying before she skated?? She is reached that age where she hit puberty and started to doubt herself. She was really nervous to totally wipe the ice and didnt want to disappoint people as she was coming in at the 2008 US champion. I would have been scared if I were her too.
