Kay If you mean now, IceSkatingSports (http://www.youtube.com/user/IceSkatingSports) has a lot of HD videos up in YT.

I could watch Universal for a few skaters before I was geo-blocked, and found that Mozilla doesn't work. IE is your best friend here. :D

TRT 3 shows skating. Quite good, even though I don't understand turkish. Also, I don't think they show it now... only live? Not sure.
