UK ice rink closes down

Very sad news, and sounds like the rink has been another victim of the "credit crunch".

That rink looks beautiful and it seems established. What a shame. I hope it finds new management/owners soon and reopens.

Oh dear, that's where my sister's family go, when they go skating. It's a very new rink, only opened a couple of years ago - I hope it survives.

Apparantly they have fourteen days to get the cash together. Fingers crossed...
