Ice Network - wth? Says I have to pay and I did

Ooh they drive me nuts.

Tried to watch nationals, says I have to be a paid subscriber.
I am a paid subscriber already, grr

Same thing happened last year when I tried to watch adult nationals. The people were totally clueless on the phone, took many emails and several calls to be resolved.

My mom subscribed so I could watch my competitors from regionals and watch adult and normal nationals. That happens to us all of the time. I think my mom just pays for it again. LOL It can get pretty expensive.

I had terrible problems with IN. I complained by email and got immediate replies but they blamed all my problems on my computer and that no one else was having problems. Then I go on their message boards and there are pages of problems. Friday & Saturday of Nationals was straightened out and was wonderful, the rest of the week was horrible. I will never subscribe with them again.

When this happens to me, I usually log out, then click on whatever it is I want to watch. The pop-up media viewer window then tells me I need to sign in. When I sign in using this window, it works.
