I absolutely love these two but I haven't seen them perform in a while. The last time I tried to watch them was a few months ago. I can't remember what the name of the competition was, but they were scheduled to be there. I heard one of the announcers say that Tessa had some sort of infection on her leg. 8O

Has anyone heard this? It worried me when I heard about it. I was disappointed to see that their website isn't being updated any longer, so I couldn't get any information on what happened. :cry:

I hope they will do another competition or something soon. I'd really like for them to do a show in either Seattle or Vancouver because I would be there in a heartbeat! Even better, I'd love to go to the 2010 Olympics if they perform in Vancouver. Those tickets are bound to be pricey, but seeing them live would be worth it!

Tessa suffered from an injury that required surgery that occured from over training. They pulled out of the Grand Prix season because of it. I have heard reports though that she is back on the ice training now and are going to be at nationals.

I'm really glad to hear that, so I'm looking foreword to seeing them again! Thanks for the update!

You are welcome. Apparently they are doing their freedance this year to Pink Floyd music. Should be really interesting.. I can hardly wait!! I also have Scott on facebook so his status said once that he was no longer a solo ice dancer!! ;)

I have "skating" set to automatically record on my Tivo box, and I was SO excited when I was watching Friday's show and saw that Tessa and Scott were performing! Apparently they had performed Wednesday as well. I wish I could have seen that one! :frus:
