This isn't a skating event, but a movie which is partially a spoof on a famous figure skater, Tonya Harding

She and another famous lady, Lenora Bobbitt, are played by Julie Brown.
The movie is "National Lampoon's Attack of the 5'2" Women", which shows 9 PM 1/4/08 on tv station WPMW, which is on some cable line-ups.
I haven't seen it, but doubt it has much if any skating. As that link mentioned, she became more famous for other things than her skating skills. National Lampoon is not known for producing serious biographical or artistic films.
BTW, relating to another thread, my local Comcast provider includes the Style Network, which has some of Heathers TV schedule listings. Their line-up is on
