Ok people!!!!!! Today I want you to list for me your fav. moves in each Discipline...Synchro. included. Please use the following format... for me it's...

Fly-lift

Dance = Can't say I have any. As I don't know the names of any moves. I'm not even sure if there is such a thing as names for moves in Dance. Somebody please help me on what they are if there is.
