Who were the very first skaters from each Discipline that you ever saw skate?

Ok Kids!!! LOL,I know this may be a tough one. Because even I can't remember fully. But if you can. From the time you first got interested in Skating... naming 1 for each Discipline. Who were the very first skaters in genual,no matter were you saw them, that you ever saw skate?

Ladies=Not sure

Men=Not sure

Dance=Not sure

Pairs=Not sure

Synchro.=Team Esprit

Ladies - Linda Fratianne
Men - probably Robin Cousins
Pairs - Peter and Kitty Caruthers
Dance - Torvil and Dean (which I still can't believe!)

I know there were others, but these are the first I can remember seeing in person at one ice show or another. On television? I remember the Lake Placid Olympics (we always watched the ice skating and I think everyone saw the hockey!) but I got really wrapped up in the Sarajevo games in 1984 (I was nine). So that was Torvil and Dean, Debbi Thomas, Scott Hamilton, Katarina Witt (probably my all-time favorite skater) - that crowd.

I've never seen a synchro team, but hope to soon.

I go way back into the 1960's. The ones I clearly remember (not sure if they were the first skaters or not, tho) were:
Peggy Fleming
Tim Wood
The Protopopovs
Pakhomova & Gorshkov; Schwomeyer & Sladky

for dance it was Torvil and Dean but as for the rest, I am not sure but do remember seeing Rosalynn Sumners skate in the early 80's but I don't really remember the program. I guess it would have to be Robin cousins for the guys but not sure about pairs. That would be in the 90's and it was Sarah Abitbol and Stephane Bernadis.

I saw Rosalynn Sumners as well back then! She was my favorite skater back then; I even had her haircut. Oh, the things we do in youth... :D
